From Tee to TEam

The recruiting Experience for junior golfers

“There is no one else in the united states that will be a better resource to navigate your son or daughter’s dreams to play college golf”

-CPT Robby Hill US Armor Officer Retired

Developing Tomorrow’s Collegiate Golfers

My mission is to guide junior golfers to grow both on and off the course - building the skills, , and discipline, and mindset needed for a smooth and seamless transition to college golf. Competing at the collegiate level requires committment, discipline, time, and passion. Together, we’ll develop these qualities so you’re prepared to excel both athletically and academically.

There are many paths in collegiate golf - Div. 1, 11, 111, NAIA, NJCAA - and we’ll find the best fit for you. There just no better way to go through college than as part of a team, competing at the highest level.

“What are you doing today to become a better person, golfer, and student for tomorrow?”

There’s just no better way to go through college than being a part of a team, competing at the highest level.

“You must be prepared to do the work and embrace the commitment it takes to fulfill your dreams.”

-Coach Brian Watts

Mission

To educate, inspire, and serve junior golfers and their families as they navigate the recruiting process. Together, the junior golfer, parents and myself will work as a team to find the best collegiate fit that will serve your son/daughter academically, athletically, socially and spiritually. Every family has different needs in this process and it is my honor to create a customized and detailed plan to follow for optimum success.

My son and I have formed a great relationship with Coach Watts. Which makes sense because he’s a relationship person. Watts knows a ton about golf, college recruiting and, importantly, how to bridge the communication gap between high school athletes and college coaches. For parents and athletes, he is the Rosetta Stone we all seek to help us interpret the recruiting process and make the most of the opportunity. Coach Watts builds immediate rapport with student athletes and that puts him in a unique position to help athletes like my son interpret the tea leaves of the recruiting process and put their best foot forward.

It’s rare to find a coach that approaches training with such a holistic perspective, looking at both the athlete and the person behind the athlete. From his time in Corvallis to West Point, it gives me great pride knowing what he has done to help young men and young women achieve their dreams of playing competitive golf at the highest levels, all the while teaching them to become a better person.

Coach Watts helped develop me into the man I am today. He changed my life, in and out of golf, for the better. Coach Watts served as the Men’s Head Golf Coach at the United State Military Academy at West Point, a team I was fortunate to be a part of from 2012-2016. While at the Academy, Coach implemented a positive culture based on the foundations of hard work and family. His ability to coach every style of golfer, allowed me to improve every year I was at the Academy and led us to a conference championship my senior year. His professionalism, drive and hard work improves everybody around him. I have never met anyone that knows more about the game than Coach Watts. I trust him with everything, on and off the course.
